How Often Will I Receive My Floral Subscription?

You an choose the number of deliveries you'd like to fit your needs and budget. We offer a variety of delivery options - either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly. You can also pay for your subscription as you go or pay entirely upfront. Our subscriptions are on auto-renew but no worries, you can cancel at any time! Choose any combination that works for you! Can I send my subscription as a gift?

Can I pick which bouquet I receive?

All of our subscription bouquets are typically designers choice. However, rest assured, your subscription delivery will be beautiful! If you have a special occasion, and need specific colors we will do our best to accommodate. Just give us a call at 816-535-7673..

Can I pause my subscription?

Yes, you can! Upon setting up an account, you can go in and adjust your settings to pause your next delivery and let us know the next best delivery date.

Can I change my delivery address?

To update your delivery address, log into your White Farmhouse account and enter your new address under the account management dashboard.

How often will I be billed?

Depending on what option you chose will determine when you are billed.

What day will my flower subscription be delivered on?

You can choose your 1st delivery date when you check out and based on that date, we will deliver according to the frequency you picked. However, if you need to change your date of delivery-no worries! Just give us a call at 816-535-7673 and we will work out the details with you.
