Delivery Policy

Our standard delivery schedule is Monday–Friday. If you have a special event or need a weekend delivery, please give us a call at 816-535-7673—we’ll do our very best to accommodate.

Our delivery driver typically begins deliveries around 1:00 PM each day. While we are unable to guarantee a specific delivery time, customer happiness is always our priority. If your order needs to arrive within a certain timeframe, please let us know when placing your order and we’ll do our best to make it happen.

We will make two delivery attempts for each order. If delivery is unsuccessful after two attempts, arrangements will need to be made to pick up your order at the shop, or we can schedule an additional delivery for an additional delivery fee.

Please note that severe weather, traffic conditions, and high-volume holidays (such as Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, and major floral holidays) may impact delivery timing. We always take care to deliver your flowers as safely and promptly as possible and appreciate your understanding during these times.
